Certified Debt Specialist

Job Summary

DebtBlue is growing and seeking driven, compassionate sales professionals to join our team as Certified Debt Specialists. This role involves guiding clients through our debt relief process, from initial contact to enrollment, and includes a base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $30,000 per year
• Certified Debt Specialist certification paid by the company

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with 40-50 warm inbound/outbound leads daily
• Build rapport quickly through empathy and professionalism
• Conduct consultative financial needs assessments
• Present debt relief solutions and recommend best-fit programs
• Guide clients through enrollment and required documentation
• Follow established sales processes and compliance standards
• Maintain ethical, regulatory, and documentation accuracy
• Complete Certified Debt Specialist certification (company-paid)
• Participate in ongoing coaching and performance development
