Description

Facilitates proper medical coding for general and specialty surgery procedures, add-on codes and other services alike.

Is considered a subject matter expert in the codes and terminologies used in multiple specialties (i.e., Breast Surgery, Cardio and Thoracic Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, General Surgery, Hand Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, OB Surgery, Trauma and Surgical Critical Care, Vascular Surgery, Neurosurgery, Bariatric Surgery and more).

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in medical coding for various surgical specialties
• Knowledge of relevant codes and terminologies across multiple specialties
