Responsibilities

• Conduct routine wellness monitoring and respond proactively to resident needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Perform and document vital signs, assist with health assessments, and provide essential support for activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Deliver end-of-life care when needed.
• Assist residents with medication management and nutritional support, ensuring compliance with certification standards and addressing any specialized dietary requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification
• Valid Arizona Memory Care Certification
• Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current CPR and First Aid Certifications
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
• TB test (provided if needed)

Pay

Competitive pay ranging from $20 to $23 per hour, commensurate with experience.
