Certified Caregiver FT $21.12/hour- Day shift-6am to 6:30pm- 3 days/week

About the Role

We are seeking Certified Caregivers/Med Techs who have a passion for enriching the lives of seniors. Our unique neighborhoods serve residents using the Comfort Matters philosophy, providing resident-directed care tailored to individual needs. This full-time position involves 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM to 6:30 PM) for 3 days per week in Assisted Living (AL) or Memory Care.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior residents with daily living activities as specified in resident service and care plans.
• Administer medications following established guidelines, policies, procedures, state law, and physician orders in the event of nurse absence.
• Communicate medication refusals and potential medication errors to management.
• Take vital signs, including respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and pulse as requested or ordered by a physician.
• Document significant changes in resident conditions and report them to the AL Director.

Requirements

• Assisted Living experience is required.
• Certified Caregiver Certificate is required.
• Med Tech experience is required.

Hiring Process

Background checks, reference checks, TB testing, and drug and alcohol screenings are part of the hiring process. Felony convictions should be disclosed but will not necessarily bar a candidate from employment.
