About the role
We are seeking a skilled and resident-centered Certified Caregiver to join our Resident Services Department at Copper Creek Inn memory care. Full-time opportunity! Earn between $20 and $22/hour, dependent on experience! AM Shifts available! 6AM - 2PM, 5 days/week including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, oral care, ambulation, transfers, serving and assisting with meals, feeding, housekeeping, bed making, and laundry.
- Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
- Absenteeism and tardiness are not tolerated.

- Must be willing to work with staff from all departments to ensure quality of care for residents.
- Keep environment safe and clean for residents.
- Observe residents for safety and report all changes in resident condition effectively, accurately, and in a timely manner to LN on duty.
