• Friday & Saturday 6am-2pm

About the role

The Spectrum Story is full of compassion, hard work, and fun. This position involves providing residents with assistance in the activities of daily living, transporting them, responding to emergencies, and reviewing and adhering to resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with assistance in grooming, bathing, and maintaining their personal environment.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans as well as obtain vital signs.

Qualifications

• A valid Arizona Caregiver Certificate
• A High School diploma or equivalent
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met
• CPR certification
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred
• A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
