About the Role

As a Med Tech / QMAP at Brookdale, you’ll have opportunities to advance into roles such as Resident Care Coordinators and Nurses. This position allows you to make a meaningful impact while growing your own career through professional development and wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification.
• Observe and report resident responses to medications and treatments to your supervisor.
• Maintain an organized and clean medication supply room.
• Assist with medication cart audits and provide accurate counts of all medications.
• Communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.

Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program. Brookdale also offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725 (less applicable taxes and withholding), for qualified associates who have been with the company for at least a year.

Pay

Base pay will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience.
