Certified Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Tech

Details

• Location: Atlanta, GA 30303
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Day shift (10hrs/day), 40hrs/week
• Call Requirement: Must take call after shift and 24 hours on weekends, averaging 2 weeks per month. Likelihood of being called in is VERY MINIMAL.
• Case Volume: Averages 2 open hearts (CABG/Valve replacements) and 2 Cardio Thoracic (Thoracotomy) per week.

Responsibilities

• Scrub CVOR cases including open heart and cardio thoracic procedures.
• Scrub other services when cardiac cases are not scheduled.
• Take call as scheduled (approximately 2 weeks per month, including weekends).
• Use Outlook, Shift Wizard, and Workday for scheduling and communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required.
• Must be competent with Outlook, Shift Wizard, and Workday.
• Must have a device that supports these applications.
• Reliability is imperative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trauma experience.
• Robotic experience.
