Key Responsibilities
- Perform surface preparation tasks, including blasting, cleaning, and smoothing surfaces.
- Apply industrial coatings and paints according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain blasting and painting equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Inspect finished surfaces to confirm adherence to quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Active certifications in C7, C12, and C14.
- Proven experience in industrial blasting and painting (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating applications.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments under various conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
