About the role
U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking full‑time Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join its growing practice serving AdventHealth Hospital locations throughout Central Florida. USAP is a single‑specialty private practice dedicated to high‑quality anesthesia services, providing care for over 1.7 million procedures annually across hundreds of facilities and offering a collaborative, mission‑focused environment where you will support a talented clinical team and gain exposure to a broad range of sub‑specialty cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for a wide variety of procedures, including bread‑and‑butter cases, complex cardiothoracic and transplant surgeries, cutting‑edge neurosurgery, complex pediatric cases, premier orthopedic care (fractures, sports medicine, joint replacement), and over 8,000 annual labor and delivery cases.
- Participate in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment, supporting the clinical team and maintaining the highest quality of patient care.
- Work across multiple AdventHealth inpatient facilities and growing outpatient surgical centers in Central Florida.
Qualifications
Must be a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant compliant with the American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants guidelines, meet state licensure requirements, and complete hospital credentialing for privileges at the assigned facilities.
