for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job description.

Current OU Health Employees - Please click HERE to login. OU Health is an equal opportunity employer. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we should remove "Current OU Health Employees - Please click HERE to login." and "OU Health is an equal opportunity employer." Also remove "We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, 401(k), medical and dental plans, and many more." and "We know that a total benefits and compensation package, designed to meet your specific needs both inside and outside of the work environment, create peace of mind for you and your family." Actually benefits info is present: they mention benefits package. The instruction says: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does mention benefits: "We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, 401(k), medical and dental plans, and many more." That's specific enough? It mentions PTO, 401(k), medical and dental plans. So we can include a Benefits section with that content. Pay: not mentioned. Schedule: they mention "Must be able to work a flexible work schedule (e.g. 24/7, weekend, holiday, on call availability)." That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that.
We need sections: About the role (maybe from General Description). Responsibilities (Essential Responsibilities). Requirements (maybe Education Minimum Qualifications + License/Certifications). Qualifications (maybe combine? But we have Education Minimum Qualifications and Experience None; we could put under Requirements. Qualifications maybe not needed if overlapping. But we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. Use for each.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can combine similar info.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's extract content.
About the role: General Description paragraph(s). Could be: "Provide safe quality age appropriate anesthesia using established guidelines of clinical privileges approved by the Chairman of the Anesthesia Department. Administration of anesthesia and monitoring patients during surgeries and other medical procedures. Provides and documents pre and post anesthetic evaluations. Obtains informed consent for anesthesia. Provides induction, maintenance, emergence and post anesthesia care. Consultation on airway management, participation in codes at the direction of a supervising anesthesiologist. Supportive assistance to residents and medical students on anesthesia rotations."
We should keep that as prose in
. Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities bullet list. We need to convert bullet points (○) into
- . Also include the sentences before bullet list: "Provide competent clinical care consistent with professional standards including but not limited to:" That's introductory sentence; we can include as
before list. Then list items. List items: - Provide safe quality age appropriate anesthesia using established guidelines of clinical privileges approved by the Chairman of the Anesthesia Department. - Administration of anesthesia and monitoring patients during surgeries and other medical procedures under the direction of a physician anesthesiologist. - Provides and documents pre and post anesthetic evaluations. - Obtains informed consent for anesthesia. - Provides induction, maintenance, emergence and post anesthesia care. - Provide supportive assistance to residents and medical students on anesthesia rotations. Then after list, there are more sentences: "Report and be accountable to the manager/director/clinical leader, while coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the approved clinical process in a hospital setting. Foster a learning environment for patient/families, nurses and other members of the healthcare team, including students. Be accountable for safety, identify and correct problems, and integrate evidence and best practices into clinical care. Engage in ongoing professional development. Lead and coordinate teams, appropriately delegate, coordinate care and collaborate with others as equal members of the inter-professional care team to integrate clinical knowledge." These could be additional responsibilities; we could include them as additional
or as more
- . Since they are not bullet points originally, we can keep as prose
. But we could also treat them as responsibilities. We'll include them as
after the list. Requirements: Education Minimum Qualifications + License/Certifications + Experience None? Experience None is not a requirement; we could mention "No prior experience required." But we should not invent. The posting says "Experience None". That's a statement; we can include as
"No prior experience required." However that's somewhat summarizing; but it's directly from posting. We'll include as
"No prior experience required." Education Minimum Qualifications: "Successful completion of a program for the education and training of anesthesiologist assistants approved by the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision Successfully passed the national certifying examination through the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologists Assistants within one year of completion of required didactic and clinical requirements" We need to keep that as prose. License/Certifications: "Active medical license through the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision in Oklahoma PALS or ACLS certified. Certification by the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (AHA)". We'll keep as prose. Skills: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities paragraph. We'll put that as
maybe with bullet list? It's a long sentence list; we could break into
- for each ability. But the instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. This is a list of knowledge, skills, abilities; could be considered a list. We'll convert each sentence separated by periods into list items. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep as
but better to use list. Let's parse: "Knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and/or interact appropriately to the patients served. Demonstrated critical thinking in all areas of professional practice. Demonstrates highly developed clinical assessment and analytical skills. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles relative to the patient’s age-specific needs and to provide the care needs as described in the department policy and procedures. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other medical staff, peers and subordinates. Keen cultural awareness including preventing and addressing horizontal violence and impairment. Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of required job information. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard. Strong interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of policies and protocols at a department and campus/system level. Reliable transportation as must be able to travel throughout and between facilities. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule (e.g. 24/7, weekend, holiday, on call availability)." Note the last one about schedule is also in schedule section; we might duplicate. Better to keep schedule separate; we can remove schedule from skills list to avoid duplication. But we must preserve all info; we can keep schedule info in Schedule section and not duplicate in Skills. However the skills paragraph includes that sentence; we could keep it there but then schedule section would duplicate. The instruction: do not duplicate lines. So we should avoid duplicating the schedule sentence. We'll move schedule sentence to Schedule section and omit from Skills. Thus Skills list will be all other items. Benefits: "We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, 401(k), medical and dental plans, and many more." We'll keep as
. Schedule: "Must be able to work a flexible work schedule (e.g. 24/7, weekend, holiday, on call availability)." We'll keep as
. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. This is a list of knowledge, skills, abilities; could be considered a list. We'll convert each sentence separated by periods into list items. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep as
- for each ability. But the instruction: Use
