About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated certified Maserati Alfa Romeo technicians to join our growing team. As a Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain our clients’ luxury vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our front-end team currently averages 4.0 hours per customer pay repair order and is continuing to push toward making Stateline Maserati Alfa Romeo the best in our market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
Requirements
- Prior experience as an automotive service technician
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver’s license
Pay
Competitive pay rate of $25–$48.00 per flat-rate hour, with a starting range of $35.00–$55.00 depending on experience.
Performance-based increases: $2.50 retroactive at 100 hours turned, additional $2.50 at 120 hours turned.
