About the role
Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Substance Abuse Counselor for an independent contractor position in South Plainfield, New Jersey. This is an on-site role offering up to 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop service plans
- Provide counseling treatment and facilitate individual/group therapies
- Conduct treatment plans and schedule intakes
- Provide ongoing safety risk assessments
- Provide psycho-education on harm reduction
Requirements
- LCADC, CADC or CADC Intern License in NJ
- Experience working with drug and alcohol population
