Join our dynamic team as a Community Development Specialist. This role is responsible for enhancing community engagement and fostering positive relationships with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community outreach programs
• Collaborate with local organizations to address community needs
• Facilitate community meetings and events
• Conduct research on community trends and issues
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Sociology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in community development or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
