Responsibilities

  • Interpret and implement OEM Design requirements and FAA regulations for the installation of aircraft interior system/subsystem components.
  • Conduct and oversee certification tests to ensure products meet established standards.
  • Develop and deliver training materials on certification/ODA procedures to enhance team understanding and compliance.
  • Perform a wide variety of certification-related tasks, including document preparation, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure all products are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Use advanced math skills to calculate, analyze, and interpret data related to certification processes.
  • Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Keep abreast of changes in FAA regulations and industry standards, implementing changes as necessary to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of OEM Design requirements and FAA requirements for the installation of aircraft interior system/subsystem components.
  • Proficiency in advanced math and the ability to apply these skills to real-world applications.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training materials.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of FAA regulations and the ability to interpret and apply these to various projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
