About the role

A Plus Health Care is part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies. We are looking for amazing CNAs to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and at times, one-to-one care.
• Help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Chart and execute plans of care.
• Staff multiple types of contracts including assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care.
• On-site training is provided.

Requirements

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist.
• Proof of current immunizations (including current TB test, Hep B).
• Current CPR certification.
• Pass a criminal background check.
