Responsibilities
- Help with ADLs
- Chart and execute plans of care
- Work in various long-term care settings including assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care
- Provide one-to-one care as needed
Requirements
- Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
- Proof of current immunizations (including current TB test, Hep B)
- CPR certification
- Pass a criminal background check
