Job Description

Float Pool position to assist at various clinic locations! Great exposure to multiple specialties and diverse patient demographics.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients' charts.
• Affords assistance with treatments ordered by the provider under supervision.
• Prepares treatment rooms for patient examinations.
• Performs basic clerical duties, including answering phones, maintaining records, and filing.
• Orders and stocks supplies, ensuring a clean and orderly environment.
• Documents provider encounters with patients, including diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescriptions.

• Work Experience: Customer service experience in medical office [Preferred]

Qualifications

• Licenses And Certifications: Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] and Medical Assistant Certification from one of the following approved organizations: American Association Medical Assistants (CMA) [Required] OR National Healthcareer Association [Required] OR American Association of Medical Assistants [Required] OR American Medical Technologies [Required] OR National Center for Competency Testing [Required] OR National Association for Health Professionals [Required] OR The American Registry of Medical Assistants [Required] OR American Medical Certification Association
