Responsibilities

• Implement customer service standards for all internal and external clients, aiming to exceed client expectations from initial inquiry to ongoing relationship management.
• Maintain a clean and professional environment.
• Provide efficient, effective, and high-quality waxing services following all defined service standards.
• Support and protect our company culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.
• Follow safety standards in all aspects of performance.
• Build and retain clients through social platforms, community engagement, and marketing efforts led by management.

Requirements

• Current State Licensure (Esthetician or Cosmetologist).
• A passion for waxing and the beauty industry.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Self-motivated.
