Ceramic Coating Technicians

Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean and decontaminate vehicle surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion of ceramic coatings.
• Application: Apply ceramic coatings using proper techniques and equipment to achieve even coverage and a smooth finish.
• Quality Control: Inspect coated surfaces for imperfections, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for ceramic coating services.
• Maintenance: Educate customers on proper maintenance procedures to prolong the lifespan of ceramic coatings and preserve the vehicle's appearance.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in ceramic coating is required!
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning techniques is a plus.
