About the role
We are seeking a client-focused Centralized Wealth Advisor to join our high-performing, collaborative team dedicated to delivering personalized financial guidance. This position is located in our downtown Salt Lake City office at One South Main Street. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who thrives in a consultative environment and is passionate about helping clients build, protect, and manage their wealth. As a Centralized Wealth Advisor, you will partner closely with retail banking teams to deepen client relationships while providing comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance through video and phone consultations. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills with financial expertise to deliver an exceptional client experience and help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with clients by understanding their goals, priorities, and financial picture.
- Provide tailored recommendations across investment management, retirement, and asset protection.
- Maintain and grow an existing book of business, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes and deepen engagement.
- Identify held-away assets and guide clients through strategies to consolidate and optimize their portfolios within the firm.
- Collaborate closely with retail banking partners to cultivate referral opportunities and expand reach into new client segments.
- Conduct high-quality client interactions via phone and video, creating a seamless and personalized experience regardless of location.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree and experience with retirement products, general investment matters and developing strong client relationships or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Life/Health Insurance License.
- FINRA Registration: Series 7; Series 66 (or Series 63 & Series 65) required.
- Knowledge of client relationships and wealth management products and processes required.
- Background in retirement products and general investment matters.
- Solid investment product knowledge and relationship management skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to engage clients in a phone-based relationship.
- Strong problem resolution, analysis, oral and written communication skills to create relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated client management and some related sales experience providing financial planning services.
- Solid computing skills that include working with the Microsoft Office suite and proprietary systems.
- Profile clients to better understand their goals and properly provide solutions that best meet the needs of the client.
Pay
$75,000 to $85,000 plus 20% bonus (Based upon relatable skills/experience)
Schedule
This position is in-office, on-site work is an essential function of the Wealth Representative position and is not eligible for hybrid or remote work arrangements.
