The role is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers through various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create and manage company profiles on multiple social media channels
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and content creation
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
