About the role

At Summit Credit Union, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes—ensuring consumer loans are processed accurately, funded on time, and completed in full compliance. Your work directly supports members and internal partners, helping deliver seamless experiences across personal loans, vehicle loans, credit cards, and secured products.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years’ combined experience in at least two of the following: financial environment, lending, retail, or relevant business/customer service roles
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NMLS number, as required
• Demonstrated experience processing consumer loans and preparing associated documentation
• Knowledge of consumer lending regulations, including RESPA, TRID, flood, and Reg Z, as applicable
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills when working with members and coworkers
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
