About the role
The Central Team Leader - Human Resources is responsible for overseeing the human resources operations across multiple Life.Church locations. This includes managing HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-location setting.
- Proven ability to manage teams and handle complex HR issues.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Pay
$70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
