In this important role, you’ll help keep our facility running smoothly by ensuring our clinical teams have the supplies they need while also coordinating and scheduling resident transportation for appointments and other healthcare needs. What You'll Do: Receive, stock, organize, and inventory medical and facility suppliesDistribute supplies to nursing units and departmentsMonitor supply usage and maintain appropriate inventory levelsAssist with ordering supplies and coordinating with vendorsMaintain accurate inventory and supply recordsCoordinate and schedule resident transportation for medical appointments and other approved healthcare needsCommunicate transportation schedules with residents, families, nursing staff, transportation providers, and other appropriate team membersConfirm transportation arrangements and assist with changes or cancellations as neededMaintain accurate transportation schedules and documentationHelp ensure residents arrive at scheduled appointments safely and on timeEnsure compliance with facility policies and applicable regulatory standardsWork closely with nursing, administration, and other departments to support daily facility operations What We Offer: Competitive hourly payReliable full-time scheduleHealth, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysSupportive, team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for growth within healthcare operations Our Ideal Candidate: Previous supply, inventory, scheduling, or administrative experience preferredHealthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple schedules and prioritiesBasic computer and data-entry skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsDependable, proactive, and comfortable working independentlyTeam player who enjoys supporting residents and coworkers Be the Backbone Behind the Care!
