About the role

The Technician II is responsible for following departmental rules and regulations and departmental policies and procedures, for all work practices including cleaning, assembling, sterilizing surgical instrumentation and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Follows departmental rules and regulations and policies and procedures.
• Cleaning, assembling, and sterilizing surgical instrumentation and supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of a sterile processing course preferred.
• One to three years sterile processing/operating room experience strongly preferred.
• Certification in Central Service or Sterile Processing from CBSPD or HSPA required.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow all protocols.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Computer skills required.
• Able to maintain confidential information.

Pay

Pay Range: $22.24 - $30.00 / Hourly

Schedule

Shift: Day shift
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
