Job Description

THIS OPPORTUNITY:

Egis BLN USA, Inc. is seeking applicants for a Central/Southern Indiana Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) Practice Leader position. The primary duties of this position will include development and management of all CEI activities throughout Central and Southern Indiana and management/administration of INDOT or Local Public Agency (LPA) road and bridge construction projects.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in civil engineering or related field
  • Indiana P.E. license preferred but not required
  • 8+ years of INDOT and/or LPA construction project management experience
  • Experience leading a team of construction inspection and administrative personnel
  • Experience with business development activities, including client engagement, proposal development, and strategic planning
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Proficient in use of SiteManager and AASHTOWare Project software platforms
  • Familiar with INDOT and/or LPA project administration and documentation requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, motivated and self-starting, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record
