CENTRAL SCHEDULER - FULL TIME

Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility, has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. We offer major specialty services including open heart surgery and neurosurgery, supported by advanced resources such as certified trauma care.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform pre-services functions for scheduled patients, including scheduling outpatient diagnostic procedures.
• Complete pre-registration and insurance verification/authorization processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of one to two years of patient scheduling and registration experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of third-party payer requirements and healthcare billing.
• Strong customer service experience with demonstrated service excellence.
• Ability to prioritize and perform work in an organized, efficient, and effective manner without constant supervision or direction.
