Central Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with infrastructure tower leads, project sponsors, and technical owners to support project intake, qualification, and tiering
- Lead or contribute to the development of standardized initiation artifacts, including project charters, business requirements (where applicable), high-level scope definitions, ROM cost estimates, and initial risk assessments
- Ensure projects meet defined readiness criteria prior to execution, including required documentation, stakeholder alignment, and funding/resource visibility
- Maintain visibility of project-level risks, issues, and dependencies, contributing to infrastructure-wide RAID and change logs
- Support project change assessments by coordinating impact analysis on scope, schedule, cost, and risk, and facilitating required governance approvals
- Produce standardized weekly and monthly project and portfolio reporting using approved templates and designated systems of record
- Present consolidated views of project health, schedule variance, budget posture, and execution risks for leadership consumption
- Incorporate stakeholder and leadership feedback into ongoing reporting and project oversight

Pay
The expected base salary ranges from $81k-$120k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
