Responsibilities

• Clean and sterilize medical instruments with precision.
• Assemble, process, and distribute medical instruments to operating rooms and hospital floors.
• Maintain the highest sterilization standards to safeguard patient safety.
• Organize and store instruments efficiently for quick retrieval.
• Collaborate with operating room staff, hospital floors, and outside departments to ensure readiness.
• Perform quality control checks to uphold high standards.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and support new initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.

Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
