About the role
Responsible for overseeing the central processing shift operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies.
- Manage team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high productivity levels.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage teams and lead change initiatives.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with time management tools and project management software.

Pay
- $20.00 per hour.
