About the role
We are seeking a strategic and operational partner to build the systems necessary to scale the operations of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to drive impactful operations in a high-growth startup.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep operational and payor-specific knowledge by working alongside our Revenue Cycle Management teammate to understand the existing Soar system and payor requirements.
- Leverage generative AI tools like Cursor, Claude, Chat-GPT, Gemini, etc., and existing analytical toolkit to build systems that scale with Soar's growth.
- Own the operationalization of new technology and/or process, ensuring the RCM team can realize the full value of changes.
- Lead offshoring initiatives when regulations allow, freeing up the RCM team's time for complex tasks and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop and operationalize metrics for each RCM department, supporting department managers in managing the team against these metrics.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organization and project management skills, driving complex processes forward and meticulously tracking details, deadlines, and operational nuances.
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable, building playbooks and thriving in a fast-paced environment, easily pivoting to address shifting priorities and new market realities.
- Analytical and interpersonal agility, seamlessly switching between financial, clinical, and operational decision-making and building strong, collaborative relationships across Soar teams.
- At least 1 year of experience in either a top-tier Management Consulting firm at the Associate, Analyst, or Consultant level or an Investment Banking firm as an Analyst or Associate, with proven high performance.
