Central Market (Southlake) Dairy Sales Lead - Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist in ordering
• May assist in writing weekly Department schedule
• Identify and address high priority activities first
• Communicate clear expectations for assignments
• Delegate responsibility to appropriate Partners
• Maintain operating effectiveness
• Affirm standards in shrink, safety, and inventory control
• Aid in merchandising the department to maximize sales
• Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Work Experience: 5+ years, 5-8 years experience - Required Previous retail/restaurant experience - Required
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of department product, food preparation, and equipment - Required Extensive knowledge of specialty food products and food preparation is essential - Required Strong customer service skills - Required Passion for food - Required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Required Ability to work in fast paced environment - Required Ability to work in extreme temperatures - Required
• Licenses/Certifications: Materials Handling Equipment certification - Required
