Central Market (Preston Royal) Store Sanitation and Floor Care - Full-time

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sweeps, mops, dusts, and maintains entire store's cleanliness and safety
• Cleans and picks up trash and debris from flower beds and yard around the store
• Responds with a sense of urgency to hazardous floor conditions
• Adheres to OSHA standards in chemical usage
• Utilizes HEB chemical program and correctly organizes/maintains stock in maintenance room
• Washes windows and mirrors throughout store
• Maintains ceiling air vents and replaces light bulbs
• Empties and cleans trash receptacles
• Aids customers in the location of product
• Ensures food safety and sanitation standards are achieved by following SOPs
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Work Experience: Prior work experience preferred
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basics safety knowledge, basics shrink knowledge, ability to handle multiple tasks, able to work with minimal supervision, excellent customer service skills, detail oriented, values diversity
• Licenses/Certifications: None required
