Responsibilities
- Mix, shape, bake, wrap, and stock products.
- Ensure quality control of all products before sending them to the sales floor.
- Maintain sanitation in the department.
- Organize back storage, freezer, walk-in, and production areas.
- Read and execute daily production lists.
- Provide customer service, including answering questions and taking phone orders.
- Monitor the quality of goods and track shrink.
- Order and receive products and supplies; maintain transfer records.
- Continuously prep, wrap, price, sell, and stock products.
- Prepare customer samples for self-serve or conduct demos.
- Deliver superlative customer service and use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales.

Requirements
- Experience with commercial production preferred.
- Knowledge and preparation of baking goods preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Lift and carry moderate to heavy loads (minimum of 50 lbs.).
- Bend, reach, push, and pull.
- Ability to work overnight and flexible schedules (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
