Central Market (Austin North Lamar) Dishwasher - Full time - AM Availability

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Mix, shape, bake, wrap and stock products
• Ensure quality control of all product before sending to sales floor
• Maintain sanitation in the department
• Maintain organization of back storage, freezer, walk-in and production area
• Read and execute daily production list
• Provide customer service as required, including answering questions and taking phone orders
• Assist in monitoring the quality of goods and monitor shrink
• Order and receive products and supplies
• Maintain transfer records
• Prep, wrap, price, sell, and stock products continuously
• Demo or prepare customer samples for self-serve
• Provide superlative customer service and use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales
