About the role
The central kitchen seeks a Dishwasher to assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and equipment
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware using proper techniques and chemicals
- Ensure all dishes are sanitized according to protocol
- Organize and stock supplies in designated areas
- Assist with loading and unloading of food items from delivery trucks
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and chemicals
- Experience in a similar role preferred
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
