Wilma Hernández is a Real Estate Broker and a licensed Realtor® by the Puerto Rico Board of Realtors, Sellers, and Real Estate Businesses since 2010. She began her professional career receiving coaching and training during her first six months with Coldwell Banker Isla Coquí, an experience that allowed her to develop a solid foundation in negotiation, marketing, and customer service. In 2011, she founded her own company, Tower Realty, establishing herself as an independent entrepreneur and expanding her vision within the real estate market. Since then, she has specialized in the sale of residential properties, land, and commercial properties, offering strategic and personalized service to each client. Thanks to her high sense of empathy and understanding of the emotional processes involved in certain transactions, she has developed a specialization in the sale of properties inherited from family estates, guiding her clients with sensitivity, professionalism, and transparency throughout the entire process. Her main area of work is focused on the Western and Northern regions of Puerto Rico; however, she offers her services across the entire Island, providing expert support to both buyers and sellers seeking reliable guidance and effective results.
