Responsibilities
- Serve as a key liaison between providers, care teams, operations leadership and centralized departments.
- Ensure scheduling, patient access, and front desk operations function effectively.
- Support staff performance through coaching, training, and real-time problem solving.
- Implement new workflows, initiatives, and process improvements.
- Ensure staff are equipped to meet patient needs in a timely, respectful, and organized manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and coach staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
