Center Supervisor

About the role

The donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of employee performance and scheduling
• Leadership in Inventory Control efforts and operational efforts
• Work with donors to resolve concerns
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
• Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance

Qualifications

• Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required

Pay

U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $25.20 - $34.65
