About the role
POSITION SUMMARY The Center Manger is responsible for the overall performance and operational management of all center activities to obtain maximum efficiency. The Center Manager models and instills an uncompromising level of service excellence at every interaction with patients, guests, physicians and staff.
Responsibilities
- Ensures all new patients are scheduled within thirty days of eligibility.
- Partners with center primary care physicians to ensure all screeners are completed in a timely manner i.e., 1 – 2 months.
- Delivering uncompromising patient experience
- Employee Satisfaction i.e., staff and physicians
- Delivers New Patient Orientation
- Ensures appropriate center staffing levels
- Ensures smooth efficient patient flow.
- Partners with sales team to achieve membership growth targets i.e., community events, center tours, etc.
- Sets an example for team members of commitment, center process and activities.
- Manages internal and external communications questions about the medical center.
