Center Manager Physical Therapist

About the Role

Select Physical Therapy in Avon, IN is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to transition into a clinic leadership role as Center Manager. This role includes enrollment in Select’s National Leadership Development Program, designed to prepare you for leading a respected outpatient clinic. Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions
• Utilize the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers for optimal patient outcomes
• Grow and manage physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License required
• CPR Certification

Pay

Starting salary: $85,000.00 up to $105,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

• Up to $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS
