Center Manager I

Exer's mission is "creating convenient access to ER doctors in an affordable and caring environment." Exer can handle about 80% of the procedures seen in ERs today at a lower cost and with shorter wait times. Major duties and responsibilities

• Leadership and Management:

  • Oversees and manages assigned clinic (may assist managing another clinic)
  • Hires, trains, and mentors teammates as appropriate
  • Develops and conducts staff meetings and huddles
  • Motivates and leads team to achieve goals
  • Manages budget and follows company policies

• Patient Interaction/Customer Service:

  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • Manages appointment queue and patient flow
  • Ensures accurate EMR records and timely billing
  • Manages supplies and vendor relations
  • Maintains clinic cleanliness and facility improvements

• Operations:

  • Manages day-to-day operations
  • Maintains accurate EMR records
  • Handles cash deposits and supply orders
  • Ensures safety and cleanliness

• Marketing:

  • Keeps up-to-date on products/programs and competitors
  • Establishes external relationships and conducts marketing efforts

Education/credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role

Supervision

• Supervises all clinic staff personnel
• Liaises with medical providers, ops management, and external vendors

• Requires standing, sitting, and bending for extended periods
• Uses hands to finger, handle, and reach
• Some lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Confidentiality and secure information management required
