Center Director Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

We're seeking a passionate, patient-focused Center Director to lead our Colorado Springs clinic.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care using established evidence-based protocols
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3–4 clinical staff members
- Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain laboratory compliance
- Partner closely with the Physician Medical Director to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
- Foster a positive, patient-centered culture while driving clinic performance
Qualifications
- Required: Active Colorado Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN/NP) license, Current DEA registration, Minimum of one year of clinical experience, Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- PREFERRED: Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), men's health, wellness, weight management, endocrinology, or primary care

Schedule
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Two Saturdays required during months with five Saturdays (paid)
Training
You'll receive two consecutive weeks of paid training (Monday–Friday) to ensure you're fully prepared to lead your clinic with confidence.
