About the role

The Center Director role at KinderCare Learning Companies involves leading a team of educators, engaging with parents, and growing the company's presence in the community. This position plays a crucial role in educating parents and community leaders about the value of early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Hire, engage, and develop a team of educators
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
• Grow KinderCare's presence in the community through business, sales, and marketing skills

Requirements

• At least one year of solid leadership experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Multi-tasking and handling multiple situations effectively
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred
• Able to use a computer with basic proficiency
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Able to work on-site at the center daily

Pay

Range of pay: $56,250.00 - $102,250.00

In the state of Minnesota, an additional $3.00 per hour premium is provided on all classroom hours worked, funded through the Minnesota Great Start Grant Compensation Support Program.
