About the Role

At Applied ABC, we provide exceptional, data-driven ABA therapy that creates meaningful, lasting outcomes for children and families. We are seeking a driven and motivated ABA professional to join our leadership team as Center Director in Pikesville, MD. This is an exciting startup-style opportunity to play a hands-on role in building and shaping the center’s culture, supporting team growth and development, and fostering strong relationships within the local community. Responsibilities

• Champion the center’s vision and set the standard for excellence in ABA care.
• Inspire your team to deliver compassionate, data-driven therapy that transforms lives.
• Stay at the forefront of ABA to bring best practices into everyday operations.
• Train and empower a high-performing team dedicated to meaningful outcomes.
• Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and feedback that encourages professional growth.
• Build and sustain a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued.
• Guide the design and implementation of individualized treatment plans that reflect each child’s unique goals.
• Ensure all programs are evidence-based, outcome-oriented, and aligned with ethical standards.
• Maintain a culture of accountability, transparency, and measurable success.
• Serve as a trusted partner to families, ensuring open communication and support throughout their journey.
• Collaborate across departments and operations to administration and outreach to drive consistency and connection.
• Represent the center’s mission in community engagement, networking, and stakeholder interactions with professionalism and purpose.

Requirements

• ABA experience.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in center-based environment.
• Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles, program design, and outcome evaluation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Passion for mentoring others and advancing the field of ABA through quality and innovation.
• Interest in early-stage program development, with a startup mindset focused on building processes, strengthening outreach efforts, and supporting community growth from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• BCBA certification preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental differences.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to ABA services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
