Center Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are sought to join Propel Autism’s center‑based team, providing fun, engaging, one‑on‑one therapy to children with autism. The role offers supportive, in‑person supervision from BCBA’s who are invested in your growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic.
• Accompany the client throughout their day, capturing and creating learning opportunities in the natural environment.
• Collaboratively scaffold the client’s social interactions with peers and participation in group activities in the clinic.
• Prioritize daily pairing, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with the client.
• Keep the client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions.
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes submitted the same day services are delivered.

Requirements

• RBT certification through the BACB (bacb.com).
• Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Pass Propel‑administered background check.
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
