What You’ll Do as a BCaBA

  • Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
  • Aid in developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect and analyze client data, collaborating with BCBAs for data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.
  • Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy.

About the Role

As a BCaBA, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients and supervising Behavior Technicians, all while receiving the mentorship you need to continue your career journey.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must hold a current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) license and have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services.
