Center-Based BCBA

About the role

We’re looking for an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our thriving Tempe center. You’ll be joining a collaborative environment with two experienced BCBAs already on site—professionals who take pride in fostering an inclusive, supportive, and high-quality care culture. In this role, you’ll work in-center, providing behavior analysis, supervising RBTs, and helping children reach meaningful milestones. Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design data-driven treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of implementation
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain high ethical and clinical standards
• Contribute to an environment of teamwork and professional growth

Requirements

• BCBA certification given by the BACB
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona

Pay

$95,000–$105,000 per year (based on experience)
