Center Based BCBA- Afternoons and Evenings

About the role

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Center-Based BCBA to provide culturally responsive ABA services during afternoon and evening hours at its St. James center. This role supports school-age children and early childhood learners with autism and developmental disabilities through individual therapy, social skills groups, and mixed programming. The BCBA will be paired with a lead BCBA and contribute to meaningful progress for children and families through evidence-based assessment, treatment, supervision, and caregiver communication. This is an immediate opening with 15–20 billable hours. Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction
